The ultimate way to treat your mama (or yourself) this Mother’s day.

This 45 minute class will include a relaxing meditation with a head massage by Stina, a certified yoga instructor & RMT.

The primary series of Ashtanga yoga is a precise sequence of postures, linked together with vinyasa sequences.
Begin with Sun Salutations A & B,  build to a standing sequence of postures, followed by a strong ground sequence with vinyasas between postures. Close with a well deserved savasana. 

Please note, for regularly scheduled classes + pop ups, the schedule only opens 5 days in advance.
