Intro to Handstand Workshop

Join Nyall for a 90 minute workshop developing the strength and flexibility required to get you feeling comfortable upside down. 

Class will cover:

  • Wrist and shoulder strengthening drills;
  • Core stability; 
  • Hamstring flexibility;
  • Partner work;
  • Three different handstand entries. 

Expect 60 minutes exploring different drills/exercises and 30 minutes of partner work/handstand play.  

Cost: $40 + HST

Pop-Up Ashtanga

Join Nicole this Sunday & start your day off right with the Ashtanga Primary Series.
The primary series of Ashtanga yoga is a precise sequence of postures, linked together with vinyasa sequences.
Begin with Sun Salutations A & B, build to a standing sequence of postures, followed by a strong ground sequence with vinyasas between postures. Close with a well deserved savasana.

Pop-Up Move & Melt *Mobility Edition

A mix of stretch & stillness; mobility drills + yin. Stay close to the ground in this class.
