Intro to Handstand Workshop

Join Nyall for a 90 minute workshop developing the strength and flexibility required to get you feeling comfortable upside down.
Class will cover:
- Wrist and shoulder strengthening drills;
- Core stability;
- Hamstring flexibility;
- Partner work;
- Three different handstand entries.
Expect 60 minutes exploring different drills/exercises and 30 minutes of partner work/handstand play.
Cost: $40 + HST
