Yoga is a wonderful way to prepare your body & mind for your upcoming birth. Join Tat in this 6 class series that will take you through yoga poses designed for your growing & changing body & introduce basic breath techniques that are useful at anytime for any one, but especially in preparation for an upcoming labor.

This series will be interactive and allow you to meet other mamas in our community. All stages of pregnancy welcome!

Pilates & Playdates

Join Malika for an empowering postpartum Pilates series designed to support new moms on their journey to recovery and strength.

This gentle yet effective series focuses on rebuilding core stability, improving posture, and building a strong mind-body connection. The class provides a supportive environment to prioritize self-care, restore your body, hang out with your sweet babe, and connect with other moms.

A chance to get out of the house, and regain confidence in your body all while staying connected and present with your little one.

The Story of the Warrior

Join Mike for an immersive traditional hatha yoga practice. Blending a sequence centred around the three warrior poses and story telling of the mythology of Shiva’s experience with love, loss, and grief that led to the creation of the warrior poses.
